Hannity's Attorney-Client Privilege Claim Put Cohen in a Bind
Michael Cohen said he had only three clients in 2017 and 2018.
President Trump, Elliott Broidy, and someone Cohen did not want to identify.
In court on Monday, Cohen was forced by the judge to reveal the client’s name, Sean Hannity.
Hannity addressed the news, claiming he had never retained Cohen in the “traditional” sense.
Hannity said Cohen never represented him, and that he never paid him any legal fees.
"We definitely had attorney-client privilege because I asked him for that but, you know, he never sent me a bill or an invoice.".
