Beto O'Rourke Will Run For President In 2020

Beto O’Rourke lost against U.S. Sen.

Ted Cruz in 2018 but will seek the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.

According to Reuters, O’Rourke is a former three-term U.S. representative from West Texas.

O’Rourke said he is proud of what El Paso did and is a motivating factor in his run.

He plans to follow his presidential announcement with a trip to Iowa.

During his race against Cruz, O’Rourke gained a lot of attention and excitement from voters.
