U.S. To Create A New Plan To Help Farmers Cope With Ongoing U.S.-China Trade War

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, US Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said that President Donald Trump had asked him to create a plan to help American farmers cope with the consequences of the ongoing US-China trade war.

Reuters reports that a new aid program would be the second round of assistance for farmers, following last year's 12 billion-dollar Department of Agriculture plan to compensate for lower prices on farm goods and lost sales stemming from international trade disputes.
