If The Economy's So Great, Why Haven't A Quarter Of Americans Gotten A Raise In Years?

A new survey by Business Insider and Morning Consult reveals some startling news about US wage increases.

Among the 2,000 workers surveyed, about a quarter of respondents say their pay hasn't increased in over three years β€” or ever.

Economists are baffled, but say it could be explained in part by companies prioritizing shareholders over workers and customers.

Looking at millennials specifically, 19% said they haven't had a raise in more than three years, or never had one.
