She and her family were among the passengers aboard the diamond princess cruise ship á thrust into quarantine when passengers conracted coronavirus.

"with two little kids, it was tough to have them basically locked in a room for 14 days."

Even after being cleared and returning home á they were quarantined for another 2 weeks.

So what can you do to protect yourself from the virus?

Health officials strongly encourage to wash your hands with soap and water frequently á cover coughs and sneezes with your upper arm á and staying home when sick.
