U.S. — It's been nearly 16 years since the last episode of Friends graced our screens, but it's also been 16 years of never-ending repeats.

But Courteney Cox, the actress who played OCD high-maintenance Monica Geller has dished out that the Friends cast is to have a reunion special.

The 55-year-old actress joined comedian Kevin Nealon on the 22nd of February for an episode of his Hiking with Kevin web series; Cox shared details about the upcoming Friends reunion special set to air on HBO Max.

She revealed that the last time the cast had all reunited they met up at her place; she also revealed that they'd gotten together at Aniston's home as well.

The cast will return to Warner Bros Studio's Stage 24, the original soundstage where Friends was filmed.

The hugely successful sitcom aired from 1994 to 2004 and celebrated its 25th anniversary in September.

Cox said.

"We really haven't all done that and actually sat there and talked about and reminisced about this incredible experience that we had.

It's gonna be fantastic." So, I guess you could this one, "The one where they all get back together."
