'No coronavirus!' London Uber allegedly rejects Italian passengers based on nationality

The shocking moment is captured as a UK Uber driver rejects four young Italian men waiting outside the London Zoo for a ride on Thursday (March 5).

Dylan Bastonini tells Newsflare in an exclusive interview that he was waiting with his friends for an Uber for nearly 10 minutes when the driver pulled up and asked the gentlemen their nationality.

"After we told him we're all Italian, he said 'no coronavirus!'

And we're all shocked and pissed off, obviously," said Bastonini.

The young Italian men began to argue with the British-accented Uber driver, tell him that he's racist, but the driver tells them to "complain to Uber." "Three of us are 19, including me, and my other friend is 18.

None of us have been to Italy since December.

We're cold and waiting in the rain.

What is the meaning of this?

The situation is going mental.

There is a lack of interest by the government.

We are not the problem," Bastonini said.
