La Comida, a local restaurant in Chico was closed for a few weeks but is now open for takeout.

Owner michael pavis says he's pleasantly surpirsed by the amount of customers he's seen.

Pavis says employees always wear gloves-- some choose to wear masks and they are cleaning constantly& pavis says hes feeding off customers comfort levels when they come in& and he says no one seems to be on edge by the way they do things.

Being in food service we are super crazy about being careful about how we handle food and how we clean things it really hasn't changed a whole lot in the way we do things.
