People are showing their appreciation to healthcare workers at several Franciscan Health locations in Greater Lafayette through a gratitude wall.
Health lafayette east people are giving thanks to health care workers through a gratitude wall.
Located in each of franciscan health hospitals there are notes, drawings, cards and more are on the wall to show appreciation.
Items will be updated regularly and staff are encouraged to go to the wall for a moment of quiet, where they can recharge their batteries.
Amy helms is a frontline worker at franciscan health.
She says it's really encouraging knowing that people care.
"i think just feeling that there's people on the outside thinking of us all the time just means a lot."
