Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente says people must wear masks in public, and the county will start providing them to residents.

Conference today that people need to wear a mask, in fact...he said today that oneida county director of health phyllis ellis... will issue an executive order requiring people to have a mask on in all retail establishments.

People whether they are at outdoor cafe's, outdoor stations, ice cream, fast foods, need to have masks on its that simple., its an executive order.

We will be distributing these masks, some 50-thousand of the cloth masks to towns villages leaders to distribute, as we get more we'll get more we'll put more out on the street.

Also the county announced four possible exposures.

The first on april 20th at tops on erie blvd.

In rome between 2-3pm.

Monitor until may 4th also on april 21st or 22nd, at price rite at utica bewteen 2-3pm.

Monitor til may 6th one other, on april 24th at walgreens on kellogg road in new hartford between 5-6:30pm.
