The clinical trial utilizing plasma from recovered covid-19 patient actually helping current covid-19 patients right here in the lowcountry but with very specific list of criteria to meet for these volunteer donors, it has been not an easy task getting them through the door.

So far two-thirds of them are strongly interested in donating.
The organization says stepping up could save a life.

This trial looks at patients who are in very high risk of progressing to severe disease but we want to intervene early during the course of what we call viral replication.
That's when the virus is starting to take over and before the patient become well.

You must have prove you did test positive with pcr test and recovered covid-19 patient and 28 days out from recovery and be symptom free.
