Organizers of tomorrow's rally say they are expecting more than 750 people to make their voices heard at the state capitol.

They are urging governor brown to start lifting restrictions.

But they tell me they will also be holding a moment of silence for those who have lost their lives.

The rally is being put on by a group called "oregon uniting for liberty."

Co-organizer yvonne griffith says they understand the dangers of the virus, but says the response from governor brown has had disastrous and crippling effects throughout the state.

Nat: honking horns just like a similar protest held weeks ago, organizers are encouraging people to circle the statehouse while honking their horns.

They also plan to have speakers who will talk on a number of topics including impacts on businesses.

Sot: the governor herself just this morning acknowledged that there are many counties that have zero cases or minimal cases in the last week and half and yet she is not being proactive in allowing those counties to open up.

But governor brown says the state is using health outcomes and science to guide their decisions.
