Survey Shows Men Are Less Likely To Wear Face Masks

A survey of 2.459 people revealed that men are less likely to wear face masks outside than women.

According to Business Insider, in the survey men cited concerns that face masks make them look weak and uncool.

Even though research shows men face more risk of getting infected, the survey showed men think they won’t be seriously affected.

In the past, research showed that women were more likely to wear masks, such as during the 2009 H1N1 epidemic.

Some of America’s leaders, such as President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have been known for not wearing masks.
