Home order in place roughly two months ag?this parking lot has looked like this.

Soon it's going to be filled with the vehicles of patrons getting out of their homes.

Facing businesses must create a safety plan for workers and customers.

That plan must be posted.

The rochester chamber of commerce says they must also provide an enhanced sanitizing, cleaning and disinfecting regiment.

All of those requirements come from the cdc and the minnesota department of health so they must make sure they follow all those guidelines, enforce them as much as they can with with employees and with customers, post it?

In a statement a spokeswoman tells me they're closely monitoring the governor's directive and are diligently working on plans to safely reopen the apache mall.
