Getting back into retail and other businesses after coronavirus closures is kind of like a breath of fresh air.

But the coronavirus is still spreading?

And olmsted county public health continues to keep close tabs on that spread.

At today's olmsted county commissioners meeting... public health director graham briggs said he expects an increase in local viral transmission over the next ?6 weeks.

Right now?

The county is identifying hot spots to contain that transmission and working with local businesses to reduce the risk for staff and customers.
