man charged one injured

Man injured and another behind bars.

State police say the shooting happened at a home on high ridge road just before five tuesday afternoon.

Troopers say the victim was shot after he got into a fight with daniel porter.

Porter ran from the scene but was found and arrested a short time later.

The victim was airlifted to u-k hospital where police say he is listed in stable condition.
