Gov. Whitmer calls for investigation into mid-Michigan flooding

Gretchen Whitmer said on Wednesday she has directed the state's Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) to investigate the cause of the Edenville and Sanford Dam failures.
