Bird Boxes created during the stay at home order for a fundraiser

A local artist, jess mercer, put together this fundraiser to help the boys and girls club take pkg jessie mercer- founder of butte county art on wheels sot "it feels like i have purpose again," jess mercer usually does art therapy with the boys and girls club over the summer but since her injury - that has changed.

Broll over sot "this is my way of insuring that art programing can happen with them and anything else they might need in the summer," mercer is auctioning off these - bird boxes.

Sot "i gave them a four week time frame, its pretty impressive to see what people did in four week and what they had in their home and that what i hear, i got to do this with my kid i got to do this with my husband and that's the best thing is that i get to give them good healing practices," mercer also reveled her new mobile art studio- since she lost her art studio in the camp fire.

Sot sherri broome- helping with the fundraiser "she goes out to all different events, birthday parties, well birthday parties are forth coming, but all different events and she has them do all creative fun stuff," stand up you can also express your creativity by drawng on her new mobile art studio.

Broll over "you draw, spray paint, and sharpie and paint and marker and i got some of that out and you can see some of the kids that have been by and adding and people and its full of love so im going to drive around have those positive messages wipe it off go and do it again," mercer says she has 100 people on a waiting list and is excited to do this event again and help another company.
