Concerned citizens continue to call for action after the hamilton county district attorney's office released a video of what some are calling police brutality.... news 12 now's winston reed joins us live with more... community members have continue to express their reaction following this video that was released by the da's office.

Many are calling for the firing of the deputies seen on dash cam video arresting reginald arrington, jr. yesterday marie mott spoke to a crowd of protest miller park, and referred to sheriff hammond as a quote "domestic terrorist."

Unquote.

Caught up with mott this morning.

Hear what she has to say.

"this is yet just another victim of police brutality here locally at the hands of the sheriff who has continuously defended officers murdering, brutalizing, raping, and assaulting hamilton county citizens."

Sheriff jim hammond offered a statement saying the da's actions quote "will improperly influence and sensationalize" he also says da pinkston quote" has chosen to indict my deputies in the court of public opinion prior to facts being presented in a court of law."

We're reached out to the sheriffs for further comment.
