Our top story tonight at 6: district attorney david cooke says bibb county deputies were justified in the use of force ... that resulted in the may 19th shooting death of 30-year-old keith young.
According to a g-b-i investigation... young's wife served him with divorce papers.
And on the may 19th... he then tied his wife to the bed at their home on bob white road.
And he took their three children.
Young returned to the scene alone.
And deputies say... he drove his truck toward them.
Mr. young later intentionally drove his truck for the deputies speeding down a residential street toward where they were standing in an attempt to either murder them or to force them to respond with deadly force.
