Adityanath visits Ayodhya to review preparedness for Ram Temple ‘bhoomi pujan’

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday visited Ayodhya.

The chief minister visited Ayodhya to review preparedness in the city ahead of the foundation stone laying ceremony of Ram Temple.

The CM offered prayers to Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman during his Ayodhya visit.

Adityanath also inspected the stones carved for the Ram Temple.

UP CM placed idols of Laxman, Bharat, and Shatrughan at Ram Janmbhoomi temple.

UP CM said Ayodhya has to show its capabilities to the world.

Ahead of the event, Adityanath said sanitation should be the first condition in Ayodhya.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi may lay the foundation stone for the Ram Temple.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 5 this year.

UP CM said at least five diyas should be placed inside each house during the event.

Adityanath also held a meeting with the seers and members of the Ram Mandir Trust.

The meeting was held at Vishwa Hindu Parishad headquarter at Karsewak Puram.

Only 200 members will be attending the foundation laying ceremony on August 5 in view of coronavirus.
