Its developing relationships and getting contractors on the many projects toward construction.

Something they're working on... with workers here in allen county.

We're announcing do it best has formally signed lease for almost 200 thousand feet for an anchor tenantit became official this afternoon... after months of looking..

Extensions for funding... and a pandemic in between...the 125 million dollar electric works project secured its anchor tenant.kevan biggs says the news is a milestone... and they're now focusing on getting other businesses in... and companies to work on the campusprogram is not for us to check a box this is to grow a program that will outlive electric worksdevelopers for the project teaming up with joshua's hand...working on bringing underutilized business enterprises to the project.minority... women..

And veteran companies... for a large chunk of the project.15 percent is very substantialthe initiative is focused around the southeast fort wayne area...targeting the community that is right in electric works' backyard.we want a representation of the entire community se fw has been unrepresented and underemployed for a while so this is a target for us to be fully engaged in that community one woman who says the initiative will be a massive help is donita mudd.she worked for general electric years ago and has since started her own company...she says at first it was hard to get any contractors to take her bids.

So it was a matter of writing letters sending info to contractors to include out company on bidder listsbut this initiative is setting up company owners face to face with electric works developers...cutting out much of the hardest work.to get where they are to get pricing than jump on that with fobth fet all hands everything if you missed this meeting this won't be the only one... and there are some things you need to be aware of.there will be a site visit on friday for all interested parties..
