Purdue Memorial Union is home to three new bistro-style restaurants

White Lodging is adding to the restaurant scene on Purdue's campus.

8Eleven Bistro, Leaps Artisan Pastries and Coffee, and BoilerUp Bar are expected to be open August 5.

White lodging will open eight-eleven bistro, boiler up bar, and leaps coffee august 5th..

Just in time for students to be back on campus..

The expansion to the union goes hand-in- hand with the renovations to the union club hotel..

And all three locations will open up with the customer's safety in mind..

Head chef aj (boo- chan-eo) buchanio says this provides yet another outlet for students, families, and other visitors across the greater lafayette area..

Aj -- i really think that we are going to be a great partner with the university and the community.

We are going to bring a lot of business to the area, we are going to bring a lot of entertainment for the locals as well for being able to come in and dine, pick up their pastries, grab a nice cup of coffee, maybe grab a drink at the boilerup so multi- faceted to say the least.
