[laughing]What it do?

It's the Big Bagg.Big speakers, GQ.We locked in, Moneybagg Yo.And these are my essentials.[smooth music]My first essential,I can't leave the housewithout some money. It's probably like 20,000,but anything might happen. So, you know, I gotta have it on me,like, for all emergencies,at least the 20.Nothing less than a 15.Even though we ain'tbeen able to go places, and it's been social distancing,I still been shopping.I still just like onlineshopping for me and the kidsand you know, and I still buy jewelry. Most expensive thing Ibought since quarantine,I bought my girl a Lambo.A Lamborghini truck.[laughing]This next essential is a note pad.I keep a note pad because, sometimes,my thoughts get jammed up,and this is the only way that I can just,I can, I can put brakeson it and brace myself, and just really, I feel like it's betterwhen I see it on paper.See all my ideas and everything on paper, instead of thinking about'em and trying to like, trying to make it happen like this. You know what I'm saying?Even though I'm in a studioand I don't write my music,I just still, like, I got tohave me a pad, no matter what.Put all my ideas on it.I keep it on me at alltimes, wherever I'm at.Like if I'm in traffic, if I have a idea.If I'm driving and I can't get to the pad, well, of course, 'cause I'm driving,I do it on voice memo on my phone, just so I can still have it in thought. When I sit down and getsettled, I jot it down. For cologne, I got to keep thisin my backpack at all times. You never know, like, what might go on outside thestudio, inside the studio.Sometime, like now, I got interviewed. Before the COVID situation,it was a little more intimatethan what's going on right now.Like, I always got to have this with me.And I got different flavorslike Chanel, Tom Ford, Baccarat. We can just keep going.Oh, I got like a peppermint. It's almost like a peppermint, sweet peppermint flavor.Like something crazy, like something different.Something way different.I can't, I will pronounce it.I can't, can you see it?It smell good right now. Can't leave the house without water.I'm good on that.Water's good for the skin,it's good for the body. It's great, it's good tostay hydrated at all times. You got to stay hydratedand I work out a lot too,so I got to have water.I'll take water over anything.- [Man] How much water wouldyou say that you drink per day?- I'll usually drink a gallon a day.I just ain't got no,I'm fresh off the road, and it's all I have with me right now.But I at least drink like a gallon a day. It's a ton, for sure. And it's like, it get nasty, sometimes. It play with your taste buds, sometimes. You be feeling like, man,I got to have somethingwith some flavor on it, one time. But I just stay,I'm real disciplinedwith how I carry myselfand how I move, so I can do it.Hand san, man.You know, with the wholesituation going on right now,we got to have this going on.I stay equipped at all times.I actually got a box ofmasks in my backpack.I keep me some hand san 24/seven.We gotta take thissituation way more seriousthan the world taking it right now. That's how I feel, so,I'm one of them peoplewho take it real serious. So I stay strapped, forsure.

Stay strapped.- [Interviewer] Areyou having fewer peoplein your studio sessions than usual?- Yeah, most definitely.Like, gotta keep it like this, but then it's so crazy, because I kinda record.I like recording with justme and the engineer anyway, but it just gave me a whole nother reasonto really say that.Like when my homeboy, theytry to come in the studio,I'm like, nah, go on, chill. They go in there right quick,so I do this little verse right quick.I'm always eating, I'm always, you know what I'm saying?I got a big appetite. So, I always keep these withme just in case anything, any food, anything gets stuck.Gotta use it.And I be in a lot ofpeople's face, sometimes.Like talking and everything like this. So, I got to keep likemy hygiene always going.String floss, it's alittle more complicated, and I think the string floss,it make your gum bleed. It just, it's more aggressive. You can take your time with these. It's like, you can be easy.Next item, portable charger.Everybody needs these. And like people got it badwith stealing your chargersand stuff, too,I know you be running intothat problem, with like, anytime you take yourcharges somewhere else, you around a room full of people, they quick to pick yourcharger up and just roll.So I keep me up, one that can stand up.Can't take mine.I'm a business man.So, I gotta keep my phonecharged up at all time. That's another thing, too.So.I like trail mixes. It's just the wholepack, hot chips.

Doritos, got to have this in the studio.Got to, 24/seven.Trail mixes are good for you.Sometimes, I have a chef comethrough and cook, sometimes. Most of the time, but if I'm just on theroad and I just want to rapand get to it quick, I just, you know.Trail mixes, chips, and water.Of course.- [Interviewer] When youare recording in the studio, how long might you be in there?- I try to get up in themorning, go work out,go to the studio, try tostay in the studio from like,I guess, give you a time from like,I'll say three, 3:30 to probablyno later than 10 o'clock.I don't like to be in thestudio no later than 10 o'clock.Or no later than, really,no later than 9:30.I really go over there mentally, like, least get you one or two goodsongs in a day, and you good. You don't have to rush it.Cause like coming up,when I was coming up,I used to do that a lot.Try to rush, I gotta getlike five songs done. That's only because I wasn'tas fortunate as I am now.And I was paying for studio time, like just say $40 an hour,$100 an hour, stuff like that.I feel like I had to get, Igotta get my money's worth.I got to do like fivesongs within these hours. You feel me?But now I just, unlimited.Last but not least, I gocrazy without my phone. You know, I'm a business man,all type of stuff, go on.Actually, I got three phones. This phone, this small phone right here. This is like my personal phone. This is for the kids, forthey mothers, my mother, you know what I'm saying?Just the family phone. And this phone you'relooking at right here, this the money phone. This is what makes themagic happen, right here.So I got the have my phone.and I got to have thecharger to go with it.In case anything going on.Yo, like I told you,you was locked in, GQ.Moneybagg Yo, thanks for watching.Let's go, until next time.
