A body found in the forest nearly 30 years ago has finally been identified as Rebecca "Becky" Redecker, a 20-year-old woman who spent most of her life in Colorado Springs.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is actively investigating her death and wants to speak to anyone who knew her.
