Police need help with fatal shooting

Who's responsible for a weekend shooting that left a high school basketball player dead.

L3: abc 36 news white police ask for information in fatal shooting 18-year-old mykel waide killed sunday 18-year-old mykel waide played basketball at tates creek high school and was supposed to start his freshman year this week at the university of louisville.

Police say he was one of three people shot after a large fight on newtown pike near the residence inn around 1:30 sunday morning.

Waide is the city's 20th homicide victim.

Police say the other three people shot were taken to the hospital and are doing okay.
