49 year old kenneth ayers was arrested on charges of attemped murder, assault, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief and endangering another person.

State police say the latest shooting happened in jackson county on wednesday&and it was the only one where someone was injured.
The victim is expected to recover& but evidence led investigators an hour north to a u- p-s truck that ayers was driving for work.
