Max... guys, right now earlier today we saw lots of rain and high winds before things calmed down for a bit.

We had rainbows and light rain for a while, as cloud cover seemed to be lightening up -- but a second band of weather was right behind, bringing ominous clouds and strong winds.

The rain stopped for several hours but started up again shortly after 9 o'clock.

When i spoke with morgan county's emergency management agency around 8 pm -- officials there said they had not received any reports of damage or flooding tonight.

They also told me that around 20 people had come to seek shelter at the morgan county courthouse -- a number they say usually hovers around 100.
