Weclome back to in the zone... no team in our area had a tougher season opening loss than northview.
They dropped a nailbiter in o-t to terre haute north last week.
I was interested to see how northview would respond tonight.
So i traveled down to greencastle to find out the knights were handling their business in this one to begin the second half leading *21* to nothing.
Speaking of business...the knights running game means business.
Senior running back korbin allen lead the charge all night tonight.
He gains 10 right there for a first down.
Allen again...this time for 8....he ran with a purpose every time he got the ball tonight.
Not only that but he's shifty too.
Whoop!
Then another cut and just keeps churning those legs for another healthy gain.
Northview didn't throw one pass on this drive.
Freshman eye-meer holman's turn.
He bounces this one to the outside....lowers his shoulder and says come on with it!
That's a good sign of toughness right there from a freshman.
Knight's q-b keegan garrison finishes off the drive with a sneak for a touch down right there.
All northview tonight in this one!
They win by a final of 28 to 12.
They leave greencastle....home of the most prestigious university in indiana... improving to 1 and 1 on the season and 1 and oh in the w-i-c.
