Just over a year after she was shot and killed near the fayette mall.... police say they have arrested the person responsible for murdering laporscha stringer.

That's tonight's top story at five.

She is charged with stringer's murder.

She died two days later.

Witnesses told police that a car pulled up alongside stringer's car and fired several shots.

At the time.... police said they did not believe the shooting was random.
