State Police, Town of Webb Police, and Town of Inlet Police tell NEWSChannel 2 a Rochester man has been charged with murder after a shooting that happened on Saturday night.
Them has died following a shooting that happened in the town of webb last night.
Police say the scene was chaotic when they got to the home on dan bar acres road.
The suspect is in custody and charged with murder.
News channel 2's brent kearney spoke with police today, he joins us live in the studio with your top story.

Callihan the man that died from patterson ... that's atowny near new york city was actually holding a house warming party after purchasing the home in the adirondacks.
And police say it was at that party where the problems began.
It took nearly 15 hours for the coronor to remove the body from the scene as invetigators continue to try and piece together what happened.
All thats left is the shell casings and the tarp that covered the body.

None kellar says: "what we're learning from this investigation is that we have to have 11 calls one from the shooter and one from the victims."
Police say 50 year old scott krempler of patterson n.y was hosting a party at his home.
At one point police say stephen swanton of rochester came to the party from his home just down the street when he got into an argument with krempler.
At one point police say swanton leaves the party, johnston says: 7:29:08 one of the parties came up to return mr. swanson's cooler police say 55 year old william robetello of oriskany who was attending the party went to swanton's home to return the cooler and try and smooth things over.
When he did that it's just one indicated to him that he wanted to apologize to the other gentleman."
Robetello then goes back to the party to get krempler.
When they return to swanton's house in the utv.
A second argument begins and that's when police say swanton then shoots both krempler and robetello in his driveway with a hand gun.
Killing krempler.
Robetello calls 911 and so does swanton.
Swanson claiming it was a home invasion.
Police arriving on the scene to chaos "everybody had to do different jobs because we didn't know if there was still an active shooter."
Swanton who went back into his house after the shooting surrendered to police peacefully.
The murder weapon recovered inside of his house.
Krempler was pronounced dead at the scene.
Robetello was transported upstate medical center in syracuse treated and released.
> swanton is innocent until proven guilty.
He was arraigned via sky and is currently being housed in the herkimer county jail without bail.
He is charged with second degree murder and 2nd degree attempted murder.
