New legislation could help combat suicide and human trafficking in teenagers

New new new legislation aims to connect students to possible life-saving resources.

It's meant to help combat suicide and human trafficking.

Indiana state senators michael crider and jon ford introduced the legislation.

It's in partnership with harsha behavioral center.

The proposal would add two phone numbers to middle school, and high school student i-d's.

Those numbers would be for the human trafficking ..

And suicide prevention hotlines.
