Impersonating Police Officer

Police arrest a man they say was impersonating a cop when he pulled a woman over... and threw a chemical in her face.

They say barton tried to pull the woman from the car after she stopped.... then threw what was believed to be ammonia in her face.

Police say she was able fight barton off and get away.

Police arrested barton at his home on sunday.
