As we've told you -- these new restrictions are in place to prevent more infections and deaths.

The so called 'freeze' also includes limits on social gatherings.

But we're*also hearing from some leaders who say those*restrictions -- and plans to*enforce them -- are too much.

Governor brown signed an executive order that makes those restrictions enforceable with*arrests or fines.

So we wanted to know -- if that means people should call*police -- if they see neighbors ignoring the rules.

"this is no different than what happens if there's a party down the street and it's keeping everyone awake.
