Over 9,200 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Pacoima so far, and another 8,300 in Sylmar.
Doctors at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills are treating 140 coronavirus patients Tuesday, their highest number since the pandemic began.
