Labour's Lisa Nandy asks for longer humanitarian pauses

Shadow International Development Minister Lisa Nandy said an "extension to humanitarian pauses" is a "necessary step" to ending the violence in the Middle East.

The Labour MP also accused the prime minister of being "out of ideas and out of energy" following his appointment of Lord Cameron as foreign secretary.
