Babin's bill in the third hour of the show.
However, his bill has two glaring problems as I see it.
One is that he is granting citizenship to children of foreign nationals serving in our military.
That is not grounds for automatic citizenship, and it violates the 14th Amendment.
The second is far more serious.
That is there is no citizenship correction clause.
Since it was always illegal and unconstitutional to award citizenship to babies simply born on US dirt, regardless of their parents status or citizenship, it is the responsibility of the federal government to "correct" the citizenship of those born here to the unqualified parents back to the citizenship of their parents as far back as they can go.
It can be done.
