Evers' second COVID-19 package removes penalties on past-due property taxes, offers tourism grants

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers’ second round of COVID-19 relief proposals includes new grants for small businesses, removing penalties and interest for late property tax payments, and tourism grants.
