European regulator a step closer to clearing Boeing 737 Max for flight again

The Boeing 737 Max could be cleared to fly again within weeks after European regulators published a proposed airworthiness directive. The aircraft has been grounded for nearly two years after deadly crashes in 2018 and 2019.
