PoK man's last wish: To see mom, sister after Partition

As India and Pakistan celebrate their Independence Day, a frail 70-year-old man from Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) has expressed his "last wish" to see his mother, who was seven-months pregnant when she was forced out of Pakistan after Partition, and his sister, who was born in Dehradun, after refugees were made to settle there by the then-government.
