Dr pam hudson who oversees crestwood hospital said while re-opening is nerve-wracking... she hopes businesses and people in the area will be responsible.

I asked her if she thought it was too early to re-open retail stores..

"i don't have an opinion about what should open and what shouldn't open rather than making sure we can have those good solid public health measures that we all have responsibility to help our businesses be able to maintain."
