Alexis fliehman handles anything thrown her way.
She's always been a very determined child, athlete.
Independent, i've never had to force her to do anything.
She puts her mind to something and she will get it done.
It's been 9 years that i've played volleyball and looking back it's crazy to think that i was 4'2" young girl just always having a ball in my hand and i'm pretty grateful for it because has gotten me to where i am.
When it comes to her academic life..
The senior has had a special incentive to do well in school..
Her father promising her a new car if she held all a's her entire schooling career.
Did eventually get my car and even after i got my car i picked up why it's important and it's always been him.
He's drilled the saying what's important gets done and i've made sure that education is number one and sports after.
She's someone that everybody wants to work with and whenever we are doing group work or labs everybody enjoys being around her she's, just got one of those infectious personalities.
And when she's not digging up kills..
Fliehman is making spectacular plays on and off the court.
A role model student athlete in the madisonville community.
Alexis fliehman- i remember being those young kids and really looking up to the older people and it feels really good to be that person now and knowing that i'm making an impact in their lives and trying to guide them in the right path.
Leif neathery- i think she can do anything that she wants to do.
She is a very driven young lady and whatever she sets her mind to do she will accomplish it.
Cindy fliehman- sky's the limit for her and i just wish her the best.
