Janet reed is accused of sending absentee applications out between mid-april up to early may.
Those applications were*already marked "democratic party" which in turn -- voided them.
The election board ended up rejecting more than 400 applications with less than two weeks before the primary which was moved to june.
Reed is charged with sending out fraudulent election applications.
She was booked on a 250-dollar cash bond -- but according to the jail website she's been released.
